We are recruiting a Real-Time Software Engineer for a defense company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Design and develop real-time embedded software in C/C++ for mission-critical systems

-Work at the low-level software layer, including driver development and hardware interfaces

-Develop bare-metal embedded systems

-Implement and integrate communication protocols

-Participate in the entire development lifecycle — from concept through integration and testing

Requirements:

5 years of experience in software development using C++ / C for real-time embedded systems
Experience in low-level development, including driver programming
Experience in developing bare-metal systems (without an operating system)
Experience with communication protocols such as SPI and UART
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
