About the role:
We are looking for corporate strategy manager to drive and oversee cross-organizational strategic processes and projects.
This position involves hands on execution of strategic research and projects, turning high level ideas into execution.
• Initiating, planning, and leading company-wide strategic projects.
• Partnering in the development of business goals and work plans, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conducting strategic research and deep-dive analyses (market trends, competitors, industry insights).
• Preparing presentations and delivering recommendations to senior management and the board.
• Supporting new initiatives and strategic thinking processes, including new products, partnerships, and business development.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in strategy – either in consulting firms or in corporate strategy roles.
• Strong analytical skills, sharp business thinking, and the ability to present complex data in a clear and simple manner.
• Experience working with senior executives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree with honors from a leading academic institution (master’s degree – an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Significant advantage for experience in fintech/financial sectors.
