Responsibilities

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models for obstacle detection.
• Optimize neural networks for real-time deployment.
• Guide the team on best practices in deep learning and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate on integrating vision systems into airplane autonomy.
• Oversee data acquisition, annotation, and augmentation.
• Stay updated on computer vision and deep learning advancements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields..
• 3+ years of experience with deep learning frameworks..
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch and classic computer vision libs as OpenCV..
• Background in computer vision (e.g., object detection, segmentation).
• Advantage: Experience with real-time GPU or hardware accelerators.
• Proven ability to design and execute experiments to systematically improve model performance.
