💼 Role Overview:

• Manage VIP client email quarantines

• Investigate and respond to client-reported threats

• Research new phishing, spoofing, and email-based attack techniques

• Add indicators of compromise (IOCs) to detection systems

• Develop and update custom detection rules and threat signatures

• Contribute to improving our platform’s threat prevention logic

• Analyze malicious emails and attachments

• Leverage platforms like XDR, SIEM, or SOAR (if applicable)

🧠 What You Bring:

• Knowledge of email protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

• Experience analyzing email headers and MIME structure

• Familiarity with phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks

• Strong communication skills (including client-facing meetings in English)

• Proficiency with JSON and JavaScript/Node.js (advantage)

• Experience with malware analysis or threat investigation (advantage)

• Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) are a plus

• Knowledge of detection systems (e.g., XDR, SIEM) is an advantage
