Information Systems Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Core Financial Systems Manager for a Public Sector Organization in Jerusalem!

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead core financial systems within a large-scale public organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Professional leadership of core financial systems
• Managing cross-organizational projects
• Developing technological strategies
• Task prioritization and budget management
• Leading and supervising professional teams

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in managing core systems and staff
• Expertise in financial systems
• Proven experience in managing and leading core system operations
• Direct and matrix management of professional teams (at least two of the following: development, QA, analysis, implementation, project management) — managing no fewer than 20 employees
• Managing a system budget of at least 6 million ILS per year
