We’re looking for a strong technical leader who’s passionate about building and leading high-performing engineering teams. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional squad of back-end, front-end, and QA automation engineers—delivering scalable features, solving real-world challenges, and helping shape our AI-enhanced product platform.

You’ll be working closely with product managers, architects, and other engineering leads to bring ideas to life—from technical design to production, performance optimization, and ongoing delivery.

What Will You Do?

• Lead a squad of engineers (BE, FE, QA Automation) in delivering features and enhancements with high quality and alignment to business needs.
• Own team execution—ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and built to scale.
• Partner with product stakeholders to shape the roadmap and drive agile sprint execution.
• Guide your team through architectural and implementation decisions, ensuring technical soundness and forward-thinking scalability.
• Promote a CI/CD-first, automation-driven engineering culture.
• Foster team growth, mentoring engineers, and cultivating a culture of continuous feedback and ownership.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in large-scale distributed systems serving some of the world’s largest enterprises.
• Contribute to the team's culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, preferably in agile environments.
• Deep familiarity with Java and Spring-based ecosystems, along with Node.js / NestJS frameworks.
• Strong background with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, Cassandra, Elasticsearch).
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating with Product and DevOps functions to deliver production-ready features.
• Fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar technical background (or equivalent experience such as Mamram/8200).
  
  

• Experience building or working with AI-enhanced platforms, Copilot Agents, or intelligent product features.
• Familiarity with Angular or React.
• Experience in CI/CD-driven development environments.
• Previous exposure to cloud-based big data systems using technologies like Data Lakes, Clickhouse, Spark, Airflow, and AWS S3.
