We’re Hiring: Head of Systems Analysis Team – Medical Record Domain

We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Leader to head our Systems Analysis Team, focusing on the strategic and operational aspects of the Medical Record domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of a team of 6–7 system analysts, including professional mentoring and performance oversight.
• Full ownership of team workflows: task allocation, prioritization, workload management, quality control, performance metrics, and process monitoring.
• Cross-organizational project leadership from initiation to implementation – including timelines, budgets, risk management, and sensitive stakeholder coordination.
• Designing technological and systemic solutions that align with business and clinical needs, in collaboration with internal clients across multiple divisions.
• Oversight of system maintenance, including incident investigation and resolution with external software vendors.
• Driving innovation: evaluating and integrating new technologies, methodologies, and management tools.
• Daily collaboration with other tech teams to ensure synchronization and delivery quality.
• Managing stakeholder relationships across departments: medical, operations, marketing, service, and finance – with high sensitivity to changing needs.
• Fostering professional growth within the team: mentoring, coaching, and empowering independent analysis and solution design.
• Reporting directly to the Director of Medical Record Systems and Innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Health Information Management – required.
• At least 3 years of direct experience managing a team of system analysts or project managers – required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in systems analysis and specification writing – required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SQL – required.
• Development experience – advantageous.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder organizational environments – a plus.
• Background in healthcare systems – a significant advantage.
