Strategic Finance & Integration Lead

An Israeli global leading manufacturing company is expanding through the acquisition of a local industrial business in Germany. To ensure a smooth post-acquisition integration and strong ongoing oversight, we are seeking a senior financial and operations professional to join the HQ team and act as a strategic liaison to the German subsidiary.

This is a hybrid leadership role – not hands-on operational management, but rather a high-level supervisory function, working closely with the local General Manager while representing HQ interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the performance of the German manufacturing subsidiary, acting as the main HQ point of contact
• Analyze and interpret financial reports to ensure transparency and alignment with group goals
• Lead the implementation of IT systems and enforce global operational and financial procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and Operations
• Travel to Germany approximately once per month to engage with local leadership and support integration

Ideal Background:

• 6+ years of senior financial leadership experience (CFO, FP&A Director, Controller, etc.)
• Must come from a manufacturing/industrial company environment
• Strong management experience, preferably in a matrixed or international environment
• Experience leading cross-border initiatives or overseeing international subsidiaries
• German language – strong advantage
• Frequent Travel to Germany - must
