We’re an Israel-based high-tech startup driving change in the global tourism industry.

We’ve just secured $20M, which we plan on using to grow our global footprint through international branches.

Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion.

Air Doctor is transforming global access to healthcare by connecting travellers with trusted, local doctors in over 75 countries. With a fast-growing presence across APAC, EMEA, and the US, we are seeking a visionary yet hands-on Vice President of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts through our next stage of scale. This role is critical to our success and will focus primarily on B2B growth, while also supporting B2C initiatives to drive brand visibility, acquisition, and retention.

As VP of Marketing, your core responsibility will be to develop and execute a robust, full-funnel global marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on go-to-market success across both new and existing regions. You will lead efforts to support our global network of insurance, assistance, and travel partners through high-impact demand generation, account-based marketing, co-branded campaigns, and joint go-to-market initiatives. You will also oversee all facets of brand, performance, lifecycle, and partner marketing to ensure consistency and measurable growth across channels.

You will manage a high-performing team and work cross-functionally with product, partnerships, sales, and customer success to drive alignment and business results. The ideal candidate brings deep global B2B2C and B2C marketing expertise, proven experience in launching and scaling joint marketing strategies with enterprise partners, and a data-driven mindset. You should be equally comfortable defining high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

We are looking for someone with a global outlook, who has led marketing efforts across APAC, EMEA, and the US, understands regional dynamics, and can adapt messaging and tactics to suit diverse audiences. Experience in healthcare, Insurtech, or travel tech is a strong plus. The right person will thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and be passionate about building a global brand that makes healthcare more accessible and seamless for travellers around the world.

Experience & Skills

• 10+ years in senior marketing roles, with at least 3 years as a VP or equivalent in global, high-growth tech environments.
• Extensive international marketing experience with successful execution across the US, Europe or/and APAC
• Demonstrated success in both B2C (digital/app-based) and B2B2C (enterprise/partnership-led) marketing models.
• Deep knowledge of brand strategy, digital acquisition, and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong partner marketing background—especially in managing joint campaigns and go-to-market strategies with large insurance, assistance, or travel companies
