We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our growing team!
We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Team Leader to join and lead a dynamic team within a larger DevOps group. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving the implementation and adoption of DevOps methodologies across multiple projects.
What will you be doing
- Lead and manage a DevOps team (5+ engineers) within a multi-team environment.
- Define and implement DevOps practices based on the needs of multiple projects.
- Build, maintain, and optimize agile and efficient CI/CD pipelines throughout the development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve processes using modern tools and technologies.
- Provide support to development and integration teams during release processes to development and customer environments.
What are we looking for?
At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Minimum of 3 years leading and managing a DevOps team (5+ members).
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Proficient in Git for source control and configuration management.
Experience in scripting with Bash and/or Python.
Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments.
Hands-on experience with Docker containers.
Solid understanding and experience with Kubernetes infrastructure (Openshift – an advantage).
