Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re hiring and looking for a highly driven, experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to build a cutting-edge defense-focused AI initiative.

In this role, you’ll own recruitment and hold a key position in shaping the culture and people strategy of a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

What You’ll Do:

• E2E recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technology roles.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and create effective hiring strategies.

• Create a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach.

• Support employer branding initiatives, promoting culture and values to external talent pools.

• Maintain and optimize our recruiting processes, tools, and reporting to ensure efficiency and scalability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles

• Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment lifecycle

• Professional proficiency in Hebrew and English

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
