Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, delivery managers, and area managers to craft comprehensive action plans for resources, budgets, and project timeframes, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Efficient Execution: Perform diverse coordinating duties, including scheduling and risk management, to optimize project execution and delivery.
- Leadership in Action: Lead project resourcing and scheduling activities, showcasing leadership in resource allocation for enhanced project efficiency.
- Innovative Input: Actively contribute to project design meetings, proposing creative improvements to elevate project outcomes.
- Problem Resolution: Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches, offering effective and timely solutions to maintain the momentum of project deliverables.
- Adaptive Management: Manage project goals, schedules, and integrate new information seamlessly, demonstrating adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Team Coordination: Supervise ongoing projects, coordinating all team members to foster a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- Process Oversight: Oversee project-related processes, ensuring that all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored for easy accessibility.
- Effective Correspondence: Direct project correspondences, preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, fostering positive client relationships.
- Financial Stewardship: Adhere to budget constraints by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Proven track record in matrix-managed organizations
- Demonstrated success in service delivery within the ICT industry
- Expertise in IT and networking terminology and technology
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new concepts and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, thriving under pressure
