Salesforce Admin & Business Consultant for SMBs (Hebrew)

Employment Type: Subcontractor

We’re looking for a hands-on, part-time Project Manager & Salesforce Admin to lead implementation projects for SMBs using Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Nonprofit Cloud). The role combines project coordination, documentation, and no-code configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from non-technical business users (Hebrew).
• Coordinate between management, end-users, and developers.
• Write project documentation: SOWs, WBS, RFQs, solution comparisons, etc.
• Implement no-code solutions in Salesforce and Make.com.
• Design data models and integrations.
• Liaise with vendors for integrations and AppExchange tools.

Requirements:

• Native-level Hebrew and fluent English.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator & Consultant.
• 5+ years’ experience managing Salesforce projects for Hebrew-speaking SMBs.
• Strong hands-on experience with no-code tools and Make.com (or similar iPaaS).
