We’re now looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and lead our next phase of operational growth and scale. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing company from the inside out.

• Own and optimize day-to-day operations across all departments
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans and KPIs
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth and execution
• Lead and scale cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Finance, Legal)
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
• Ensure operational performance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability
• Oversee business infrastructure, tools, and internal systems
• Contribute to fundraising and investor relations initiatives when needed

• 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, ideally in performance marketing, adtech, or SaaS/digital industries
• Proven track record in scaling operations within global or multi-market companies
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive structure, scale, and efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; fluent English required
• Experience working in high-growth environments or startups
