Job Responsibilities:

·     Take part of project planning and design for new IT systems

·     Provide Tier level 3 for troubleshooting complex IT Helpdesk problems.

·     Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, IP Telephony, and key processes.

·     Operate and administer cloud applications and environments.

·     Setting up and managing servers and workstations in Windows environment

·     Managing and maintaining storage systems

·     Providing support and services for IT users: setting up and maintaining systems

·     Writing and distributing work procedures

·     Communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment

·     Extra- organizational interfaces: Suppliers, integrators

·     Applying Company’s IT operations by executing Cyber Security best practices, designing, and implementing security devices and mitigations.

Job Requirements

·     Strong knowledge of:

o  Windows environment

•      Active Directory, DNS, GPO 

•      PowerShell Scripting 

•      System Center – SCCM, SCOM 

•      Windows 10/11 Enterprise (OS Deployment (

•      Hypervisors

•      Microsoft Azure – IAS, PAS 

•      Microsoft Online Service 

•      Teams + PSTN

•      SharePoint + OneDrive 

•      Intune / Endpoint 

•      Exchange Online 

•      Azure AD Security / Application 

•      Security (ATP + CASBI + Azure Security (

·     Familiarity and understanding in the fields of communication and information security

•      ISPs, Routing, Wi-Fi Hardware 

•      Firewall, NAC, Proxy, SSL-VPN 

·     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·     People and project management skills

·     Fluent in English, additional languages - advantage

·     Over 5-year experience in similar position
