Inviting applications for the role of IT and Cloud Administrator

In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new laptops, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining IT inventory, and supporting both Windows/Linux environments. You will also manage user access and permissions within Azure, ensure smooth system operations, and oversee certificates and licenses in collaboration with the wider IT team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding new laptops, including setup and configuration.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software.
• Provide support for Windows/Linux OS.
• Provide technical support for Azure cloud services and related infrastructure.
• Manage user access and permissions within the Azure environment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure efficient data flow and system performance.
• Manage certificates and licenses.

Minimum qualifications:

• Over 2 years of experience in IT support or cloud administration.
• Basic knowledge of Azure cloud.
• Understanding of cloud administration best practices.
• Familiarity with tools like firewalls and vulnerability management.
• Basic knowledge of networking technologies and protocols.

Preferred qualifications / skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications in Azure or cloud administration are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
