Production Planner

A leading defense company based in Netanya, specializing in the development and production of power supplies and communication solutions for military, aerospace, and space applications, is seeking a highly motivated Subcontractor Planner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage material planning and shortage reports in the PRIORITY ERP system.
• Interface and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth production processes.
• Strong understanding of SMT, TH, and FTK manufacturing processes.
• Open and manage work orders; schedule production across various lines.
• Plan and manage subcontractor orders based on customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Handle material-related issues with subcontractors and ensure resolutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors – ensuring execution aligns with requirements.
• Conduct regular visits to subcontractor sites across the country (Haifa, Petach Tikva, Rosh HaAyin, Karmiel, and others).

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role – mandatory.
• Experience with subcontractor coordination, material management, and production planning – mandatory.
• Fluency in English – mandatory.
• High-level Excel proficiency – mandatory.
• Experience working with ERP systems, specifically PRIORITY – mandatory.
• Familiarity with warehouse and procurement processes – mandatory.
• Knowledge of engineering processes and configuration control – mandatory.
• Familiarity with Agile PLM system – an advantage.
• Russian language – an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to subcontractor locations across Israel (north and south).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of organization, service orientation, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
