We’re hiring a Key Account Manager

Field & Office-based role (1–2 days/week at our HQ in Airport City)

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing strategic chain customers to drive sales, profitability, and brand value for UFS.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients
• Identifying business opportunities and leading sales processes
• Developing trade agreements and growth targets aligned with company strategy
• Implementing work plans and monitoring key processes (collections, launches, tailored marketing activities)
• Collaborating with internal teams: channel managers, sales reps, and chefs
• Leading annual business plans and conducting quarterly performance reviews (OCT)

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
• 2–3 years of experience in key account/trade management in FMCG – preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and solid business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented approach
• High-level English – an advantage
