Headquartered in Tel Aviv, near a train line, the company operates with approximately 30 employees in a flat organizational structure.

Role Overview:

• Full ownership of engineering across strategic and operational levels
• Member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO
• Lead delivery processes and define the development roadmap
• Oversee release cycles, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage a flat team of ~10 engineers and QA (no team leads or mid-level managers)
• Remain close to the code through design, code reviews, and architecture decisions
• Minimal hands-on coding, focused on technical leadership and mentoring
• Tech stack includes Kotlin (Android), Node.js (Web), Cloud infrastructure, and Microservices architecture (prior experience with Kotlin or Node.js not required)

Requirements:

• 5 years of leadership experience in roles such as VP R&D, Director, or GM – mandatory
• Proven development background in both Backend and Frontend, with experience in Cloud environments – mandatory
• Advantage: experience with Mobile, AI, Operating Systems, or Large Language Models (LLMs)
