As we evolve beyond traditional sales models, we’re seeking a Business Analyst to help unlock future growth through CRM strategies and digital engagement. This role is pivotal in supporting data-based decision-making across Marketing, Customer Development, and senior leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes
• Develop tools and methods to improve workflows and capabilities
• Create clear business plans with measurable KPIs
• Support innovation planning and pricing strategies
• Deliver impactful financial reports and presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A
• Proven ability to extract insights from complex data to drive action
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience defining KPIs, presenting to senior leadership, and recommending performance-based actions
• Knowledge of financial risk management and internal controls
• Skilled in process improvement and financial systems optimization
