System Administrator

An international high-tech company in the telecom domain, providing roaming 4/5G and interconnect optimization solutions to global telecom providers.

The company serves over 400 operators and hundreds of paying international customers.

Headquartered in Ra'anana’s industrial zone, it employs around 500 people globally, including 35 in Israel. Work is fully on-site.

The position includes-

• Part of a global IT team (Israel and India), reporting to a team lead based in India
• Daily involvement in planning, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of company systems
• Responsibility for networking (WAN/LAN), virtualization environments, backups, local/cloud servers, and data centers
• Hands-on work with VMware, Windows Server, Linux, SAN/NAS, VPN, Disaster Recovery, and Hybrid Cloud
• Managing IT vendor relationships and maintaining IT documentation
• Leading and participating in local and global IT infrastructure projects
• Phone on-call duties in rotation, including occasional weekends
• Tech Environment: VMware, Windows Server, Linux, SAN, NAS, Virtualization, VPN, Backup, DR, Azure AD, Hybrid Cloud, IT Vendor Management, SLA, KPI, IT Policies.
