Job Description –
A leading high-tech company is looking for a PC Support Technician for a temporary 2-month position, with the possibility of extension and future employment within the company. This is a hands-on technical support role that involves end-user support, hardware troubleshooting, workstation setup, and working with various operating systems.
The role is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, prior IT support experience, and a desire to work in a dynamic, tech-oriented environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user technical support within the organization
- Prepare and configure new computers, including software installation per company standards
- Daily work with Active Directory – mandatory
- Basic hardware troubleshooting, including memory issues, assembly, and disassembly of computers – mandatory
- Support users working with Mac computers and iOS operating systems – advantage
