We are seeking an experienced and proactive PMO to act as the right hand to our Chief Information Officer. In this strategic role, you will dedicate 90% of your time to core PMO responsibilities and 10% to broader project management, ensuring our initiatives align with organizational goals, timelines, and resources.

• Develop and implement project management standards, methodologies, and processes.
• Partner with senior management to prioritize projects aligned with strategic objectives and ROI.
• Oversee resource allocation across projects (human, financial, technological).
• Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, risks, and alignment with company goals.
• Define and track KPIs and project success metrics.
• Maintain and optimize project management tools and systems.
• Promote industry best practices and introduce emerging trends in project delivery.
• Continuously evaluate and improve PMO efficiency.
• Act as a communication bridge between project teams and executive leadership.
• Set, manage, and align stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or Project Management roles.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Proven experience developing and enforcing PM standards and processes.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to assess project impact and prioritize accordingly.
• Experience with defining and analyzing project KPIs and financial metrics.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with current project delivery methodologies and trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
