We’re looking for a driven, and confident digital professional to lead our growing digital department.

You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team across social media, paid media, digital content, and client management, while helping our clients grow — and our company along with them.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a digital team including account managers, media specialists, and creative
• Own business KPIs and deliver on growth, profitability, and client retention targets and satisfaction
• Represent the digital arm of the agency in high-level client meetings, pitches, and strategic sessions Own department goals: performance, delivery, retention and satisfaction
• Shape and execute digital strategies across paid, organic, content, and creative
• Bring innovation: integrate AI tools into social, content, and media workflows
• Be part of the executive team that’s redefining how digital looks like

Who you are:

• 3-5+ years experience in digital marketing roles — across content, paid, or social
• You’ve managed clients, campaigns or content strategies and know how to drive results
• You’ve taken the lead, managed a team, and proved you know how to get people moving and results delivered.
• You live and breathe digital — TikTok and Meta are your playground, but so are analytics
• You’re business-minded, creative, curious, and have a strong presence in any room
• Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney) – a big plus
