The Role

We’re hiring a Tech Lead to lead Observability - a hands-on builder who will define and own our approach to telemetry, visibility, and system-level AI governance.

This is a foundational role. You'll work closely with the CTO and founding team to architect and build the systems that help our customers track and understand the behavior of AI agents in production. You’ll also own integrations with major security tools and observability platforms to bring this visibility into the real environments where it matters.

Your work will surface shadow AI usage, detect AI-related risks, and lay the groundwork for safe, accountable AI deployment across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement the observability infrastructure for tracking AI behavior at runtime
• Integrate with enterprise security tools (e.g., SIEMs, XDR, etc.) to expose relevant AI signals
• Define our telemetry pipeline: logs, metrics, tracing, alerts, and custom signals
• Collaborate with our AI team to make internal agent behavior explainable and monitorable
• Help shape the engineering culture, stack, and roadmap from day one

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• Deep curiosity and hands-on attitude toward new AI technologies
