Quality & Food Safety Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead all aspects of quality management, food safety, and quality culture at the factory and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC-22000, GMP standards and lead internal and external audits.
• Manage and develop a professional quality team, prioritize tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle consumer complaints, conduct root cause analyses, and lead quality-focused engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: production, R&D, marketing, regulation, and suppliers – locally and globally.
• Oversee quality in raw material and finished goods warehouses (GTM), including ongoing communication with the Ministry of Health.

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Food Engineering / Food Science / Biotechnology – required | M.Sc. – advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management in the food/pharma/chemical industry
• Experience in food manufacturing quality management – strong advantage
• Certified HACCP Team Leader – required
• Excellent English – required
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, system-wide thinking, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills
