Assistant Controller

Are you a Big 4 alum looking to take the next step in your finance career? We’re an innovative and fast-growing entrepreneurial company, and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Assistant Controller to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Controller in overseeing all aspects of accounting operations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Lead and improve financial reporting processes
• Manage reconciliations, journal entries, and period-end closings
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA– Must have Big 4 experience
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Independent, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
