We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead design at Bliss and shape the future of how patients and providers engage in aesthetic care.

In this role, you'll define and elevate the look, feel, and usability of our platform across both B2C and B2B SaaS products. You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and company leadership to craft intuitive, elegant, and effective experiences that span the entire journey - patient-facing flows, provider tools, and everything in between.

You’ll inherit a strong foundation and have the space, trust, and support to evolve it into something great.

What You'll Do

• Own and lead all product design efforts across web and mobile (B2C and B2B SaaS)
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive features from concept to execution
• Design clear, polished experiences across flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Develop and evolve our design system for scalability and consistency
• Contribute to overall product strategy - helping shape not just how our product looks, but what we build and why
• Build a design culture that values craft, clarity, and user empathy

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong track record in both B2C and B2B SaaS environments
• A portfolio that showcases product thinking, user-centered design, and clean, modern UI
• Experience leading projects end-to-end and influencing product decisions at a strategic level
• Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments and cross-functional teams
• Clear communicator who can advocate for design while balancing business and user needs
• Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools
• Bonus: motion design, design systems architecture, or front-end familiarity
