We’re looking for a hands-on sales team leader to manage and grow our Account Management team.
Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers
Managing a portfolio of strategic clients (approx. 30% hands-on)
Driving retention, upsell, and growth opportunities
Setting goals, tracking performance, running 1:1s and team sessions
Collaborating with our Strategy and Campaig teams
Building internal workflows, playbooks, and client management processes
Qualifications
An experienced manager of sales or AM/CS teams
Familiar with digital marketing and/or B2B tech environments
Strategic, but enjoy working directly with clients
Confident in leading a team and owning processes
Fluent in both Hebrew and English
