🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for a CRO & Automation Specialist to help us optimize conversion funnels and build high-impact automations.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who:

• Turns ideas into fully working flows
• Identifies and fixes conversion bottlenecks
• Communicates clearly and takes full ownership
• Collaborates with creatives and product teams

• Shopify
• Funnelish

Automation Tools

• Make (Integromat)
• Klaviyo
• WhatsApp integrations
• API logic / conditional flows
• Post-purchase flows, subscriptions, upsells

Tracking & Analytics

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager
• Meta & TikTok Pixels
• Attribution systems and custom tracking

✅ Responsibilities

• Analyze funnels and identify conversion drop-off points
• Plan and implement A/B tests
• Build automation flows (e.g., WhatsApp, Klaviyo, Make)
• Ensure proper tracking, pixels, and reports are in place
• Collaborate with creative and tech teams
• Report on performance and next steps clearly and proactively

📌 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in CRO, automation, or funnel optimization
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with copy, creatives, and tech tools
• Proactive communicator who provides regular updates
• Full accountability from idea to launch

Bonus: Experience in eCommerce or beauty industries
