Head of Planning & IT Budget Department

• Lead annual IT planning and budgeting process, aligning financial goals with enterprise IT strategy.
• Partner with CIO and department heads to evaluate financial implications of new technologies, initiatives, and infrastructure investments.
• Implement standardized processes and tools for forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Actively participated in the development and coordination of annual work plans using Jira
• Responsible for setting, tracking, and supporting the achievement of annuals goals for the management team.
• Managed the IT procurement lifecycle, infrastructure, licensing, subscription renewals and vendor management.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of FP&A analysts and Procurement Reference.
• Preparing and monitoring annual HR and procurement budgets
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality
• Supported IT procurement and contract negotiation with financial insights.
• Present IT financial updates to executive leadership.
• Quarter-End and Year-End Closing Analysis

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT financial planning, FP&A, or procurement finance
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience with IT procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with ERP system
• Proven ability to lead teams and present insights to senior leadership
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with quarter/year-end closing
• Advantage: experience working closely with CIOs or in tech-driven environments
