.NET Developer

An Israeli E-Learning company providing educational content and digital learning environments to a wide range of clients, including the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor.

The company offers remote learning platforms, digital textbooks, learning management systems, and gamified educational experiences. In addition, it operates content-focused websites for stakeholders and foundations and also sells directly to end users (students and parents).

The company is based in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and offers a hybrid work model. With approximately 500 employees, it operates at an impressive scale, serving millions of users with exceptionally high traffic and data volumes.

The role reports to the Head of Development and focuses primarily on server-side development using.NET, .NET Core, and .NET 6, with around 20% frontend work using React. The work also involves integration with OpenAI technologies and writing SQL queries.

Requirements-

• Mastery of C# and the .NET (.NET Core, .NET 6.0+).
• Proven experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
• A deep understanding of database design and SQL (MS SQL expertise a major plus!).
• Familiarity with multi-threading – the key to unlocking maximum performance.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bonus points for familiarity with Python, NodeJS, JavaScript, .NET Framework 4.5 - 4.8, ASP.NET MVC, NoSQL databases, and Microsoft Azure.
• 3 years of battle-tested .NET/C# development experience.
