A leading and stable industrial organization (location: Petah Tikva) is seeking a Planner- an independent and strategic role as part of the management team.

Responsibilities:

✅ Build end-to-end production plans, from order intake through to final product delivery.

✅ Manage work orders and coordinate between production, R\&D, procurement, logistics, and warehouse departments.

✅ Analyze data, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize processes.

✅ Act as a partner in shaping the company’s operational strategy.

✅ Requires significant experience in production planning and control within an industrial environment, full command of ERP systems (Priority preferred), and advanced Excel skills.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role - mandatory.

✅ Full proficiency in ERP systems - Priority preferred

✅ Very strong Excel skills (complex formulas, Pivot tables, Vlookup, charts, etc.) - mandatory.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field - mandatory.

✅ Excellent analytical thinking, quick learning ability, and solid industrial understanding.

✅ Strong interpersonal skills, independent work capabilities, mental flexibility, and ability to perform under pressure.

✅ Good level of English - mandatory.
