Location: Acre, North district, Israel. Hybrid position.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our procurement team. This role involves managing procurement processes across a variety of non-production categories, including services, infrastructure, logistics, and capital investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement for MBS (Marketing & Business Services): HR services, catering, communication, office supplies.
- Lead CAPEX procurement processes: machinery, logistics systems, and other capital investments.
- Handle MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations): contractors, technicians, and operational services.
- Oversee infrastructure procurement: electricity, water, internet, telecom agreements.
- Manage logistics procurement: transportation providers, drivers, warehouses, and related services.
- Conduct negotiations and manage supplier relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Up to 4 years of experience in procurement – mandatory.
- Fluent English – must (daily communication in English).
- Proven experience in supplier management and negotiations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Assertive, clear communicator with a respectful and professional approach.
- Curious mindset, proactive, and eager to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
