Junior Support & QA Tester

Do you like to watch Reality Shows? Our software is used to cast some of the largest TV Shows around the world. Advision is looking for a Junior Support & QA Tester who is Tech Savvy and speaks **excellent** English (as well as Hebrew). Our working hours are Mon – Friday 10:00 -19:00, we're located in Raanana (hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• System training & client onboarding
• Technical support
• Manual QA
• Creating articles for the knowledge base
• Data migration
• Overseeing development projects

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew - a must
• Prior work experience in Technical Support / Customer Training / Quality Testing (Manual testing)
• Technically oriented and a fast learner
• People person
• Knowledge of Excel / HTML – advantage
