Do you like to watch Reality Shows? Our software is used to cast some of the largest TV Shows around the world. Advision is looking for a Junior Support & QA Tester who is Tech Savvy and speaks **excellent** English (as well as Hebrew). Our working hours are Mon – Friday 10:00 -19:00, we're located in Raanana (hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- System training & client onboarding
- Technical support
- Manual QA
- Creating articles for the knowledge base
- Data migration
- Overseeing development projects
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew - a must
- Prior work experience in Technical Support / Customer Training / Quality Testing (Manual testing)
- Technically oriented and a fast learner
- People person
- Knowledge of Excel / HTML – advantage
