Project Controller – Budget Analyst

We are looking for a Project Controller to lead the budget control team in the Project Development Department. The role includes building work plans, overseeing all company projects, implementing budget control (planned vs. actual performance), and supporting department and division management in handling large-scale budgets.

• Planning and budgeting for all renewable energy projects in Israel and abroad.
• Managing and tracking project budgets, monitoring planned vs. actual performance, and evaluating financial KPIs (Budget, EAC, ETC).
• Supporting project managers in various aspects: budget, risk management, resources, interdepartmental communication, financial closures, and internal and external project reporting.
• Presenting integrated project status reports and analyzing key project aspects to support decision-making processes.
• Risk management, cost analysis, lessons learned, and implementation in future projects, including preparation of budget change requests.
• Managing cash calls (equity and loans), intercompany fund transfers, currency hedging, and supporting the process of opening bank accounts in Israel and abroad.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting – mandatory.
• 5-8 years of proven experience in the field – mandatory.
• Prior experience in an industrial, construction, project-based, or consulting company.
• Ability to work in a matrix structure under high workload with multiple interfaces in a dynamic environment.
• High proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• High-level English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
• Experience with SAP – an advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad for short trips (3-4 times a year).
