Program Manager – Engineering Background

We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager with a strong engineering foundation and a proven track record managing complex programs. This role involves ownership of multidisciplinary projects, tight delivery schedules, and direct interaction with demanding clients—only experienced candidates will be considered.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, or related Engineering fields.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years managing complex, multidisciplinary technical programs.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client interfaces.
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on client interaction, accountability, and issue resolution.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.

• Lead program planning, execution, risk management, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Act as the primary interface with clients—translate technical and operational needs into deliverables.
• Coordinate internal engineering, procurement, and quality teams to meet program milestones.
• Track progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain scope, schedule, and budget targets.

• Background in aerospace, defense, systems integration, or other high-reliability industries.
• Familiarity with compliance, certification processes, or government/military programs (a plus).
