• Lead and mentor a team of backend and frontend engineers.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of scalable, cloud-based solutions.
• Own the software architecture and maintain high coding standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews, manage project delivery via Jira, and ensure quality execution.
• Shape engineering culture and build a high-performance team.
• Optimize development processes and drive innovation in a dynamic environment.

🧠 What You Bring:

• 10+ years of software development experience, full-stack scope.
• 5+ years in engineering management, preferably in cloud-based environments.
• Expertise in backend (Linux, Go, Java, Node.js, Python) and frontend (React, Angular, Vue).
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advantage: experience with IoT/cloud-based products or retail-tech.
