Job Description – Sales Analyst

Overview:

Responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, forecast results, and generate actionable insights to improve sales strategies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and create operational and management reports
• Develop monitoring and management tools using Qlik and other platforms
• Manage cross-organizational sales-related projects
• Create executive presentations and monthly/quarterly summaries
• Coordinate the annual sales department work plan
• Provide ongoing operational support to sales teams
• Monitor sales performance and evaluate marketing campaigns’ effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Marketing / Economics / Communications – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis / business analysis / project management / planning & control – Mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, PIVOT) – Mandatory
• Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint – Mandatory
• High-level English (reading and writing) – Mandatory
• Experience with CRM systems – Advantage
• Experience with Qlik – Strong advantage
• Familiarity with additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) – Advantage
• Experience building work plans and pricing complex projects – Advantage
