About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on creative to produce animated ads and performance-driven video content for Match Masters.

You'll collaborate with the Creative Content Director and help manage editors, illustrators and animators to craft engaging UA campaigns and social ads that captivate global audiences. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts artist, storyteller, and communicative problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Design, animate, and edit compelling UA and social video ads
• Conceptualize and storyboard with the creative team
• Help manage video projects across freelancers and vendors
• Own tasks from A to Z - from ideation to final export
• Track performance, iterate creatively, and deliver polished final assets
• Communicate clearly through written briefs and quick sketches

• UA and marketing teams for alignment and testing
• Freelancers and post-production partners

Requirements

• 5+ years in motion design (2+ in the gaming industry)
• Strong project management and communication skills
• English proficiency - both written and verbal - a must
• Strong portfolio of UA or marketing videos
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Capcut (Illustrator/Spine/Blender a plus)
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly to creative feedback and multi-tasks easily
• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
