Junior Legal Counsel

Currently, we're seeking a dedicated Junior Legal Counsel to join our legal team.

Job Description:

• Providing legal advice and support for sales and procurement transactions in Israel and internationally.
• Drafting and preparing various agreements, including NDAs, subcontractor agreements, etc.
• Ongoing legal support for corporate headquarters and various company departments.
• Participating in negotiations with clients and suppliers in Israel and abroad.
• Providing legal guidance for tenders.
• This position reports directly to the VP & General Counsel and is based at Magal's headquarters in Yehud, Israel.

Requirements:

• LL.B. degree and a valid license to practice law in Israel – mandatory.
• 1- 2 years of experience in a leading law firm or the legal department of an international commercial organization – mandatory.
• Proven experience in drafting documents and conducting negotiations in Hebrew and English – mandatory.
• Full fluency in English (written, spoken, and reading) at a native level – mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently, and in a team environment, with strong analytical and logical skills – mandatory.
• Experience in a defense or governmental company – an advantage.
• Experience in tenders - an advantage.

The position is based at our offices in Yehud, with one remote workday per week. The office is expected to relocate to Modi'in within the next year.
