Minute Media’s proprietary platform serves as the company’s foundation, powering its content as well as enabling the evolution of other market-leading content brands. Minute Media owns and operates brands, including Sports Illustrated, The Players’ Tribune, 90min, DBLTAP, Mental Floss, The Big Lead, and FanSided (B2B/B2C).

We’re looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of digital content. In this role, you will create intuitive and scalable design solutions that align with business objectives, user needs, and product vision. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead impactful projects, and ensure design excellence across a variety of products.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and user needs into scalable, intuitive UX/UI design solutions aligned with product vision and business goals.
• Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail while proactively driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality designs while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advocate for design and user experience excellence, leveraging data tools to optimize user flows and enhance design processes with industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting UX and UI ideas and solutions clearly to foster ideation, discovery, and alignment.
• Stay adaptable and results-driven, taking ownership of UX/UI projects with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  
  

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a product designer
• Experience working on products across different platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, UX patterns, techniques, and technologies.
• Proven ability to create in fast-paced, dynamic environments while collaborating with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Has a high level of verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Holds a degree in a related field (Design, Human Factor Engineering, Cognitive/Applied Psychology) – an advantage.
