The Challenge

Our AI agents process millions of enterprise transactions daily, answer complex queries in natural language, and proactively identify issues before they impact the bottom line. We're doubling our customer base every few months, and each new enterprise integration brings unique scale challenges.

Core Responsibilities

System Architecture & Infrastructure

• Design distributed systems that enable AI agents to process enterprise data at scale
• Build resilient orchestration frameworks for complex, multi-step agent workflows
• Create infrastructure that supports real-time agent decision-making and action execution

Data & Intelligence Layer

• Architect high-throughput data pipelines that feed our agents' decision engines
• Optimize vector databases and retrieval systems for lightning-fast context access
• Build systems that maintain agent memory and state across millions of interactions

Reliability & Scale

• Ensure 99.99% uptime for mission-critical agent operations
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities
• Create disaster recovery and failover mechanisms for zero-downtime deployments

• Have 5+ years building backend systems that handle serious scale

• Experience with LLM applications, RAG systems, or agent frameworks
