E-Commerce Manager for a Consumer Products Company

I’m looking for an E-Commerce Manager with both technical and business orientation to lead the e-commerce domain within the company.

The role combines the setup and management of e-commerce platforms, marketing automation, integration with tech systems, and client-facing responsibilities.

What does the role include?

• Full responsibility for the E-Commerce domain: strategy, execution, and ongoing enhancement of user experience.

• Development and implementation of marketing automation processes using tools like Zapier and API integrations.

• Coding and technical development (relevant for Web Masters), for platform adjustments and improvements.

• Managing technological projects, collaborating with development, design, and marketing teams.

• Client-facing role: working with both internal and external stakeholders to support commercial and marketing activities.

• Ongoing optimization of digital interfaces and user experience.

• Leading digital and business processes to increase revenue and improve performance.

What should you bring with you?

• Proven experience in managing the E-Commerce domain, including platform setup, operation, and ongoing management.

• Hands-on experience with Zapier and automation tools.

• Strong technical skills, coding experience, and Web Master capabilities.

• Experience working with CMS platforms, CRM systems, and E-Commerce platforms.

• Ability to manage complex projects in the digital and E-Commerce space.

• High business and service orientation, with a strong connection to client needs.
