About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Talent & Sourcing Partner to support our fast-paced hiring efforts across R&D, Product, Security & more. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to shape each search, drive sourcing efforts, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

Manage full recruitment cycles including sourcing across a variety of technical roles: Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Security Research, Product Management, Design, Data Science, and more.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and what “great” looks like.
Own outreach and engagement via LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-based platforms , GitHub, communities, and creative channels.
Build strong pipelines and keep momentum across multiple searches in parallel.
Drive structured, positive candidate experiences - from first message to rejection or offer -ensuring each candidate feels respected, informed, and excited.
Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and internal updates clearly and on time.
Provide weekly progress updates, including KPIs and market insights.

Requirements:

What we’re looking for:

2–4 years of experience in tech recruiting and sourcing, preferably in startup/scale-up environments.
Strong sourcing capabilities and deep familiarity with boolean search, AI recruitment tools, and creative sourcing techniques.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills - you're someone hiring managers trust and enjoy working with.
Passionate about candidate experience and building human-centered hiring processes.
Highly organized, independent, and results-driven.
Fluent Hebrew and excellent English (both written and spoken) are a must – you’ll be working across global teams.
