AI First - Full stack Team Lead

The R&D Team is a mixture of scientists and engineers committed to generating the best and most novel data and models across all times: historical, real-time, and forecast. We also focus on turning everything into a weather station—from cars to microwave links to IoT devices.

The story only begins when the data hits our ingest and post-processing services. Every product that the user sees is the result of a pipeline of algorithms that must run quickly and continuously. We are the team that builds the architecture behind the data and models, preparing the weather analyses that the Product and Engineering teams serve to the masses.

We're looking for an AI First - Full stack Team Lead to help us build the biggest weather platform in the world.

As a Fullstack Team Lead at Tomorrow.io, you'll:

• Deliver high-quality user experiences, ensuring fast, reliable, and polished features across the stack.
• Lead a strong cross-functional team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Align engineering with product goals, translating vision into impactful releases delivered on time.
• Integrate AI-first practices, using AI tools to streamline development, boost productivity, and enhance both developer and user experience.
• Establish AI as a core enabler—embedding it into internal workflows and user-facing capabilities to accelerate delivery and innovation.
  
  

What you bring:

• An AI-first mindset
• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer
• 2+ years of experience as a people manager / team lead
• 3+ years of experience with complex, scalable production systems
