SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager for One of Our Clients - Israel based

Our People Advisory practice provides strategic guidance on HR transformation, while our Digital HR Practice provides implementation, development and support for a comprehensive SAP-centric portfolio including SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Fieldglass and Concur. AKT is looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will be the primary point of contact for clients after the initial implementation and will own and cultivate client relationships for assigned SuccessFactors clients throughout the ongoing relationship. 

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.

This is a customer facing role open for hybrid mode, 4 days onsite located in the Airport City in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of SAP SuccessFactors implementation project, accountable for project success
• Stakeholder engagement - manages the relationship with all stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Oversee deliverables quality
• Monitors progress and ensures that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget

• Manage project risks and mitigation plans

• Manages project escalations
• Reports on project status on a regular basis
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation including plans and reports

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management
• 3+ years of relevant experience in information technologies project management, such as ERP or CRM
• Committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environments
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)
• Professional ability in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent Hebrew and English - verbal and written
• Strong functional understanding of the HR domain – an advantage
• Experience in project management of HR systems - a significant advantage
• Experience in HR Process Optimization and Design – a significant advantage
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems – a significant advantage
