Data Engineer – Digital Data & Channels Division (Central Israel)

An exciting opportunity to break into the world of Data Science and work closely with leading AI and Machine Learning experts in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional leadership to the team, including code reviews
• Serve as Scrum Master – manage and plan team tasks
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to build data pipelines for ML models in the medical field
• Perform data modeling and design applications within Big Data frameworks
• Develop real-time data processing pipelines
• Conduct basic data analysis

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science – must
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Python and SQL – must
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka – must
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as ElasticSearch, Neo4J – an advantage
• Background in ETL process design and development – an advantage
