Company Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Manager – Team Leader at located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets on a business-to-business level.

Qualifications

Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
Team Management and Coaching abilities
Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the recruitment or language industry
Knowledge of the Israeli job market and recruitment practices
Fluency in Hebrew; additional languages are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Salary: 15,000 NIS base + company car
