What You'll Do:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our 3D printing dental product portfolio
• Market Intelligence: Lead market research initiatives and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct global teams across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to drive product development and market success
• Go-to-Market Excellence: Architect and implement multi-year launch strategies that deliver substantial market growth and revenue impact
• Voice of Customer: Transform customer insights and market feedback into actionable product requirements and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in Dental or Medical Device sectors (dental industry experience strongly preferred)
• 10+ years in Product Management with multi-disciplinary systems and capital equipment
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic go-to-market programs
• Experience launching new products in regulated medical environments (FDA/MDR knowledge advantageous)
• Proven track record working with international corporations and multinational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
